Shipping Info

General

We ship locally via our third party courier company - J&T. All shipment will contain a tracking number & you should receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 working days.

Shipping is complimentary for local orders above $80.


Local Shipping

A flat shipping fee of $3.50.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 3 working days.

You will receive a SMS from J&T on the day of delivery.

Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days after parcel has been collected from us.

Please note that these delivery dates stated are an estimate. Delivery dates might be delayed due to unforseen circumstances / peak period delivery.


Failed Delivery (Local)

Please note that J&T will make 2 attempts to your shipping address provided by you during order. After 2 failed attempts, your parcel will be returned back to us. 

If shipping address & information provided are incorrect, it might result in a failed delivery. 

Always ensure your shipping address is correct and full. Please drop us an email at hello@shopwithbasic.com if the information provided are incorrect.

An additional fee (redelivery) of $3.50 shall then be incurred by customers.


International Shipping

We ship internationally with Fedex. 

We now ship worldwide.

All shipment will contain a tracking number & you should receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 working days.

An estimated shipping rate will be calculated. You will be required to top up any extra/additional shipping cost, usually not more than SGD $10. This is quite unlikely & rare. In such cases, we will drop you an email for the top up. 

Estimated delivery duration for all countries are approximately 3 - 10 working days.

Failed Delivery (International)

Always ensure your shipping address is correct and full. Please drop us an email at hello@shopwithbasic.com if the information provided are incorrect.

Once parcel has been arranged & sent out, we are unable to guarantee that the shipping address could be updated.

For failed deliveries & wrong information provided orders, your parcel would be returned to us but this would take up to 3 months (estimated).
