Exchanges & Returns

General

Shopwithbasic reserves the rights to reject any returns or exchanges if item(s) do not meet our returns, exchanges & defects policy requirements.

Shopwithbasic does not allow any returns or exchanges made from 3rd parties.

Please drop us an email at hello@shopwithbasic.com and indicate your order number in the subject. Please include the following in your email: Item(s) for return or exchange, size/color you would like to change to. Kindly do not drop us a DM on Instagram as it might be hard for us to streamline the return or exchange process.


Exchanges

We are happy to assist you in ensuring you receive items that are suitable for you.

You may exchange to other size or colors. For instance, the other size or colors are not available, you may exchange to other piece. However, please note that the value of the exchanged item should be the same or above the original item value. For exchanged item below the original value, we will not be able to refund the remaining.

Shopwithbasic reserves the rights to reject any exchanges that do not meet our returns & exchanges policy requirements.

Requirements:

- Items were purchased at original price / with first timer 10% & launch 10% off discount codes

- Parcels are returned to us within 10 working days (local), 30 working days (international)

- Items have to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and tags intact

- All parcels have to be packed into its original packaging (Shopwithbasic's polymailer, items' original ziplock)

- Please ensure the item(s) is properly packed

- Shopwithbasic will not liable for any damaged caused to the items during the delivery process.

Instances where exchanges will not be allowed:

- Sales items made with discount/promo codes

- Deliberate damages to items

Exchange shipping procedure

For shipping, all shipping costs will be incurred by customers.

Please indicate your order no on the parcel.

Method 1:

Two way exchange shipping costs of $8 (include courier collecting parcel from you and delivering parcel to you) to be incurred by customers. No printing of label is required. You will need to write the tracking number (provided by us) on the parcel & cross out the old shipping label. Kindly note that the courier will not pick up the parcel if its not properly packed and sealed.

Method 2:

Mail back on your own. Return shipping costs to be incurred by customers. Shopwithbasic will not be liable for any lost / damaged parcels. Once we received the parcel, we will proceed with your returns. Additional $3.5 shipping fee to be incurred by customers, where we will ship the parcel to you.


Returns

All returns will be in the form of store credits. Store credits have no expiry date.

Store credits will be added to your account & will be automatically deducted from your next purchase. Any balance amount left will be automatically deducted from your following purchase.

Mail back on your own. Return shipping costs to be incurred by customers. Shopwithbasic will not be liable for any lost / damaged parcels. Once we received the parcel, we will proceed to issue you store credits.


Defects / Incorrect Item

We are truly sorry for the defect / incorrect item sent. Please drop us an email at hello@shopwithbasic.com and indicate your order number in the subject. Please include the following in your email: Item(s) that is defect / incorrectly sent, full & close up photos of the defect. 

Kindly do not drop us a DM on Instagram as it might be hard for us to streamline the process.

Defect item(s) that meets the following will not be eligible for exchanges:

- Slight differences in measurements (0.5" +-)

- Minor defects such as: loose threads, loose buttons, light stains, scratches and small differences in lighting due to studio/shop lighting/sunlight, which does not affect the overall appearance of your outfit 

- Deliberate damages to items

- Printed/Graphic items with different placements of prints due to cutting of fabric.

Shopwithbasic reserves the rights to reject any exchanges/returns that do not meet our returns & exchanges policy requirements.

Note:

If a replacement item is available, we will arrange one on one exchange for you. However, if item is unavailable, we will arrange a refund.

All requests will be based on a case by case basis.
